Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you'll get many years of use from your new Ridge Packs product. In the situation that you're not completely satisfied, just send it back within 60 days of the order date for a full refund (or a no-cost replacement). 

Once we've received your return, you can expect your refund to be processed at Ridge Packs within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to credit your account.
